Oh I thought you'd never ask. Well... I could tell you about my childhood into teenhood dream of becoming one, or about the time an ASL teacher visited my 3rd grade class and taught us how to sign our dream profession but didn't know "astronomer," or I could even tell you about my Grandma Sue's nickname for me, but I won't because honestly, I just love space. I love pulling off to the side of the road while driving through nowhere Kansas to look up at an unpolluted sky. Maybe I could expound upon how I want my stories to twinkle or how the silence of space serves as the foundation for my creativity, but I won't, because I just love space.
